I think that in general most of the young people want to study some career in the university. But with the increase of private universities and the increase of tuition in public universities, go to the university will be an option that not everyone will have. Respect that, it´s necessary for the government to be able to generate opportunities so that all students who want to enter the university can do, but considering the reality of each student, and I will explain why it´s so important.

On the one hand it is necessary to generate opportunities in relation to the condition of each student and their family, since despite the fact that the student has good grades to enter the university there are many families that do not have the capacity to pay for the tuition the university or the sum of money that CAE does not cover.

On the other hand it is important that opportunities are generated considering the different characteristics of the students (not only the monetary ones), for example, considering the expenses and investments that the universities have to make so that blind or disabled students can study in equality of terms. This is an aspect that does not have much in mind especially in the economic aspect, since on the one hand tuition increase, but on the other hand they do not invest what is necessary for all their students.

A final point to consider, and in relation to the conditions of each student is the need to modify the selection criteria for different scholarships and benefits. Selection criteria that in many cases leave many students without any type of benefits and with different complications to enter to the university.

Therefore, if we consider these different points, it is possible that the conditions for university admission will improve and to counteract the constant increase of the tuition in the universities.

During the first semester of the second year for the subject of social psychology, we had to attend the educational center Rousseau located in the commune of Maipu, to make "facilitation" with the students of the third grade of primary school. This center has approximately 620 students, for pre-school level to fourth middle in high school, and 25 teachers. The first aspect to considerer it´s the time that we do this activity, we went to the center throughout the first semester (every Monday morning).
